We currently only ship and accept purchases within the U.S.
Please allow 3-4 business days to fill your order after it is placed and allow 3-5 business days for Priority delivery. A shipping email will be sent to your email with details.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, tinctures, or teas. If you have a skin reaction or another issue, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at jennandtonicbotanicalbar.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement.

If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
